Los rodamientos de bronce de grafito están respaldados por metal con bujes sin aceite de grafito de aleación de bronce.

 

Se trata de cojinetes compuestos multicapa fabricados con un material sinterizado especial que se utiliza como superficie deslizante y un material de acero como metal de soporte.Las capas sinterizadas están hechas de una aleación especial de cobre y níquel que contiene un lubricante sólido uniformemente disperso, cuyo componente principal es el grafito.Los lubricantes sólidos se liberarán a la superficie del anillo a medida que se desgastan, lo que asegurará un menor coeficiente de fricción durante la operación.Además, estas capas sinterizadas fueron tratadas mediante un tratamiento de impregnación con aceite.
